Paneling is a part of Graphic design. O_- It's an art in itself, think of how you would do a collage and put together a puzzle, that's how paneling works.
You must understand the basic 2D design element:
movement, center of interest, value contrast, volume, size, perspective.... so on and on....
As for paneling.... there is no set way to do it, whether drawing the picture first, or draw the panel's first, or draw the panels and the pictures back and forth.... it's all upto the artist, as long as the result is satisfying to the artist. Just experiement and find the best way that suits you.

Well...I mean until I head off to college. Ahhh! It's that odd mixed emotion of being excited as well as being scared shitless. I like the partial independence and all but I'm really nervous about learning the requirements to become a nurse which won't happen seriously until my 3 year. Plus I'm sad not being able to see my good friends from HS.
Last night probably was the worst night. A couple hours before this happened I was a Kreigers (however you spell that restaurant), it was for my band's event. So sometime after that was all over I'm back at home in my room having a phone conversation with a friend and my mom invades my room and starts screaming at me about something in relation to my room. (Okay, I don't remember a whole lot from last night since my mind was in a rage do I'm just giving the basic memory I have.) Then I start yelling back at her, while still on the phone, and went to slam the door on my mom, her saying if she catches me on the phone she'll take it away from
So simply I've been dating this one guy for a year and a month and for a while now I've started to see I don't see him as my bf anymore but just as a nice close friend. I'm sad to break it to him but I hope he takes it okay and we can still hang out.
